About Sarah for Vernon Council

I am dedicated to serving the residents of Vernon with transparency and integrity.

My reason for running is simple, yet deeply personal: I love Vernon. 

I love this community not only for what it is today, but for what it can become in the years ahead.

My commitment to Vernon has been shaped by years of community involvement - serving on local boards, supporting non-profit organizations, volunteering at community events, and investing in the people and places that make this city so special. As a proud member of Vernon’s business community, I have seen both the opportunities in front of us and the challenges we need to address. I’m running because I want to continue giving back to this community in a greater way.

As a mother of a young son, and the daughter of senior parents who reside in Vernon,  I care deeply about the future we are building here in Vernon. I want this to be a city where young people can see opportunity, where families can afford to stay and put down roots, and where seniors can continue to enjoy a full, active, and connected life. 

I will work hard to support a community that is forward thinking, vibrant, and prepared for the future - one that supports local business, strengthens families, and ensures Vernon remains a wonderful place to live at every stage of life.
